Approved in April and developed as a working document, the Plan is an in depth planning document that will assist the Central Committee to achieve both the communication on Republican issues and voter development. Mr. Prunner announced the appointment of the following individuals to four areas of responsibility:

1) Mark Pruner - Voter Registration
2) John W. Jones - Get out the vote
3) Kirby Wells - Fund Raising
4) Doug Young - Farm Team & Recruiting
